 Spring clean-up 2019

 

All residents are asked to place items out by May 13th.  NO ITEMS ARE TO PUT ON THE CURB AFTER THE 13th. Pickup will begin on the 14th.

 

Once truck has been to your street and has picked up items it will not return.

 

Citizens are asked to co-operate by placing items on the road shoulder where it is easily accessible to collectors.  All similar items to be sorted in separate piles., i.e. wood, glass, metal, appliances, furniture, etc., All small misc. items must be put in household garbage bags (clear bags only).  Maximum weight of garbage bag 20-25 lbs.                    

 

Car wrecks  will be picked up if dismantled and brought to the roadside (no fuel, or anti-freeze).  Tires and rims will be picked up if tires are taken off the rim and placed separately on the road side. Dangerous goods & hazardous materials (e.g. oil tanks, propane tanks) will not be picked up.

 

No items are to be put out in cardboard boxes.  All cardboard must be broken down and tied up.  No Brush/alders or  building materials (shingles, siding, wood or any other demolition material concrete, rocks or bricks) will be picked up.

 

We encourage all residents to take this opportunity and clean up their property.
