1) Give Council the discretionary authority to permit the operation of home occupations in accessory buildings on residential properties.

2) Establish conditions under which a home occupation may be permitted to operate.  The purpose of these conditions will be to limit the potential for negative impacts  in residential areas.

Council invites comments from residents on the proposed change.  The draft amendments are available for viewing at the Town Office and on our Website, www.glovertown.net.

Comments or objections can be made by submitting a signed statement to Council or expressing your views in person to the Town Clerk on or before August 19th, 2015.
